Raman is Chairman and Managing Director of Quatrro. He launched Quatrro to focus on ‘Beyond the existing’ services in the BPM industry. He is deeply involved in shaping the future of the Business Process Management Industry in India, China, Mauritius, Sri Lanka and Caribbean Region.
As a tribute to his contributions to the creation of the Global Services industry, The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) inducted him into the “Hall of Fame” in 2013. BBC Knowledge Magazine in December 2013 chose Raman as one amongst the 10 Game Changers that shaped modern India.
Raman, with a guiding philosophy of enhancing the success rate of nascent businesses and encouraging entrepreneurship, is a founding member of the “Indian Angel Network”, a group of investors that has a passion to enable start-up businesses. Raman is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Management Accountant with a Doctorate in Management Accountancy.

Mr. Rishad Premji
Rishad Premji is the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs of Wipro Limited. Since joining Wipro in 2007, he has been instrumental in shaping Wipro's strategy and aligning it with future business landscape. He championed Wipro’s entry into the Origination and Loan Servicing space as an end to end provider of Mortgage solutions. Recently, he has conceptualized Wipro Ventures - a $100M fund to invest in start-ups developing technologies and solutions that will complement Wipro’s businesses through next generation solutions and products. Rishad is on the Board of Wipro Enterprises Limited, Wipro-GE Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., and the Azim Premji Foundation.
Rishad has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University in the US. He has been recognized as a Young Global Leader 2014 by the World Economic Forum for his outstanding leadership, professional accomplishments, and commitment to society.
Mr. Chandrashekhar was the Chairman, Telecom Commission and Secretary, Department of Telecommunication till March 2013. During his career in Government, he held a wide variety of key assignments many of them relating to the ICT sector, both in the Government of India and the State Government of Andhra Pradesh. He has extensive experience of formulating and implementing policies, strategies and action plans to foster the growth of the IT industry covering the entire enabling eco-system including infrastructure, Human Resource Development, e-governance and establishing Public Private Partnerships. He has a deep understanding of the issues and problems related to ICT project implementation in Government. As Secretary, DOT, he was responsible for all aspects of policy formulation for the telecom sector and driving several key policies and strategies covering licensing, spectrum management, National Broadband Plan, Convergence, Manufacturing, Investment, security, R&D and the National Telecom Policy 2012. As Secretary of the Department of Information Technology, he steered the formulation of national policies for the IT sector, promoting Electronic System Design and Manufacturing and R&D in the Electronics and IT sector and designing the National e-Governance Plan.
Earlier, he established the first Department of Information Technology in the country in the state of Andhra Pradesh and was Secretary of the Department from June, 1997 to December, 1999. The policies and strategies he formulated catapulted the state to the forefront of the country in the sector and became a role model for several states and countries. Mr. Chandrashekhar received a M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a M.S. degree in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University, USA. He was conferred the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration for the year 2007-08. He has been conferred several awards including Data Quest Path Breaker of the Year Award in 2005 and Distinguished Alumnus award of IIT-Mumbai in 2010.
Rekha M Menon is the Chairman and Managing Director of Accenture in India, responsible for building Accenture's business and further strengthening the company's presence in communities across India. She is also responsible for Accenture’s institutional relationships with public authorities and industry associations. She continues to be engaged in Accenture's Inclusion and Diversity and Corporate Citizenship initiatives.
Ms. Menon joined Accenture in 2004 and in her previous roles led Human Resources for Accenture’s Growth Markets and Geographic Operations for India, ASEAN and APAC Delivery Centers for Accenture.
Before joining Accenture, she has been part of executive management teams at Talisma Corporation, Levis Strauss, Akzo Nobel and Cargill Inc. Ms. Menon has over 24 years of industry experience. A gold medalist from the XLRI School of Business, she now serves on their board of governors. She also is a board member of Pratham Books and the Akshara Foundation (not for profits, working with underprivileged children). She lives in Bangalore and has active interests in hiking and long-distance cycling.
Dinesh Malkani is President, Sales, Cisco India and SAARC. In this role, Dinesh leads sales and operations in the theatre. In his earlier role, Dinesh was responsible for Cisco's Enterprise, Public Sector and Service Provider business across India & SAARC. He joined Cisco in 2010 and led the company's collaboration technologies team, in the APJC region, where it became a market leader. With more than 22 years of experience in the IT and communications industry in APJC, Dinesh has held leadership positions in R&D, systems engineering and sales. He served as Country Manager in China and Korea in his earlier roles. Outside of Cisco, Dinesh is a member of the Executive Council of NASSCOM. Dinesh also serves on the board of the Parikrma Foundation, an NGO that provides quality education to marginalized children.
Mohit is responsible for leading Genpact‘s Financial Services, Insurance and Healthcare businesses globally, along with driving growth and operations in Genpact’s North America and Philippines regions. An expert in organizational transformation, Mohit has been at the forefront of building smart and innovative business models for leading financial institutions and insurance companies that have resulted in significant business outcomes. Mohit began his GE/Genpact journey in 1998 and has held various leadership roles of increasing responsibility in business development, global Six Sigma, process excellence and delivery. He has extensive experience in building and leading large teams and has been instrumental in setting up the company’s vision, strategy and strong client relationships.
Mohit also played a key role in the transformation of GECIS to Genpact and integrating a number of acquisitions. Mohit has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and has completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
Rajan Anandan is the Vice President of Google South East Asia and India and is responsible for Sales and Operations in the region. Rajan is focused on expanding the Internet ecosystem in the region, increasing adoption among consumers and businesses and accelerating innovation. South East Asia and India, with over two billion consumers and 500 million Internet users, is the fastest growing Internet user base in the world.
Rajan joined Google in early 2011 to lead Google's business in India. His career includes leadership roles at Microsoft, Dell and McKinsey & Company. Prior to Google, Rajan was the Managing Director of Microsoft India. Before joining Microsoft, he was a Vice President with Dell. Before Dell, Rajan was a Partner with McKinsey & Company in Chicago. He holds an MSc from Stanford University & a BSc from MIT. Rajan is married to Radhika and has a 9 year old daughter Maya.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Pravin Rao is responsible for driving growth and differentiation across portfolios at Infosys. Additionally, he oversees global delivery, quality and productivity, the supply chain, business enabler functions and Infosys Labs. He is also the Chairperson of Infosys BPO.
Pravin has over 28 years of experience. Since joining Infosys in 1986, he has held a number of senior leadership roles such as Head of Infrastructure Management Services, Delivery Head for Europe, and Head of Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Logistics and Life Sciences. Pravin holds a degree in electrical engineering from Bangalore University, India.
Ravi founded multiple software companies enjoying two exits to NASDAQ companies, promoted an STPI software unit, managed IP-Telephony products at Intel and launched Trilogy's GIC. VMLogix, his most recent Bain-funded venture, was acquired by Citrix where he was VP Products & on the Global CTO Office.
Ravi mentors numerous entrepreneurs, is an active angel investor, a passionate ecosystem evangelist who represented NASSCOM at 100+ events, co-hosted the successful 2013 & 2014 Product Conclaves, led the InnoTrek delegation of Indian software product companies to Silicon Valley, chairs the SMAC SIG on TiE Bangalore’s Governing Board, is Co-Chair/Co-Founder of Penn & Wharton Club of Bangalore and HBS Alumni Angels India India Chapter. Ravi received his Harvard MBA with high distinction as Baker Scholar, graduated a Benjamin Franklin Scholar from The Wharton & Moore Schools at University of Pennsylvania,
a research scholar at University of Edinburgh and schooled at La Martiniere.
Mr. Arvind Thakur is the CEO and Joint Managing Director of NIIT Technologies Ltd. He has led the business to the category of top providers in the industry. In 2012 he was conferred the prestigious Gold Stevie award as Executive of the Year in the “Computer Services” category.He serves on the boards of the company’s overseas subsidiaries and domestic joint venture with ESRI Inc and also on the Board of Management of NIIT University, a not for profit institution.
Mr. Thakur is a NASSCOM Executive Council member 2013-15 and serves on the IT Services Council and Audit Committee. He directed NASSCOM’s report on Assessment of India’s readiness around Digital Technologies and was instrumental in NASSCOM’s “Innovating @ Scale” report with BCG. He graduated in engineering from IIT- Kharagpur. Thereafter he pursued post-graduation in Industrial Engineering. He started his career with BHEL, before joining NIIT in 1985.
Ravi Viswanathan is currently the President of TCS Growth Markets Business which includes India, Middle East and Africa. His portfolio includes the TCS Business in the Government and Public Sector globally. He is also the head of TCS Chennai Operations.
TCS Chennai is the largest TCS Center globally and Ravi has played a pivotal role in growing the Chennai branch to an employee base of over 70,000 today. Ravi started his career in TCS in 1990 and has handled a variety of roles such as sales, large program management, prior to his current role, he was the head of TCS Global Telecom Business and started the TCS operations in Scandinavia in 1994.
He has been with the Tata Group for over 28 years and has been an integral part of the TCS strategy formulation a nd execution teams. He is a key member of the TCS strategy and Think Tank teams.
Keshav R. Murugesh is a global business leader with a strong track record of turning around companies with his astute vision and strategic leadership. He was elected as the Chairman of the NASSCOM BPM Council in 2013, and under his leadership, the Council undertook three focused initiatives; Rebranding BPO to BPM, building a conducive ecosystem and centers of excellence in certain niche areas like F&A and Analytics. The Council is in the process of launching a pan-India campaign - Become World Worthy, apart from multiple media and influencer engagements resulting in high resonance in the usage of the word BPM. 25 years in the IT & BPM industry, winner of the CA Business Leader 2013 Award in the Corporate Sector by ICAI, recognized with multiple global awards for CSR activities, contributed to the government with innovative programs such as cyber-crime training for Mumbai Police and establishing an unrelated bone marrow registry.
